Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Cultural Infusion Foundation Internships and Fellowships Program (the “Program”) and the use of the Cultural Infusion Foundation Internships and Fellowships website.

By submitting an application, accepting a placement or participating in the Program, the participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before applying or making any payment.

Purpose of the Program

Definition of the Program

The Cultural Infusion Foundation Internships and Fellowships Program is a global initiative designed to develop culturally intelligent, career-ready young leaders through meaningful professional and personal growth experiences.

The Program provides participants with opportunities to undertake internship and fellowship placements within Cultural Infusion Foundation and with external host organisations, gain practical industry exposure, enhance professional skills, engage in intercultural learning and build networks that support future career development.

  • Professional development workshops.
  • Career coaching and mentoring.

The specific services and benefits available will depend on the relevant programme information and arrangements confirmed with the participant.

Nature of Participation

The Program is intended to provide educational, training and professional development experiences.

Participation does not, by itself, create an employment relationship with Cultural Infusion Foundation or a host organisation. Any separate employment arrangement will be subject to its own applicable terms and legal requirements.

Eligibility Determination

Cultural Infusion Foundation reserves the right to assess applications and determine participant eligibility and suitability for available opportunities based on the relevant requirements.

Submitting an application does not automatically confirm acceptance into the Program.

Documentation Requirements

Participants must provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documentation throughout the application, selection and onboarding processes.

Providing false, misleading or incomplete information may result in an application being declined or participation being terminated.
